A personal task application.
Taskit captures tasks by voice from an iPhone, turns dragged emails into tasks, prepares first drafts, and keeps its owner on track with a morning brief and escalating reminders.
Who this is for. Taskit is a single-user application built and operated by its owner, Ben Levine. It is not offered to the public and there is no sign-up. The application lives at
app.taskit.cloud.
What it does
- Capture — "Hey Siri, New Task", the Action Button, a dragged email, a typed line, or a Claude conversation.
- Intake — titles the task, picks a tier, finds the people and references, links the source, proposes a due date.
- Prepared work — a contact card, a thread brief, or a reply draft placed in Outlook Drafts. Nothing is ever sent without the owner's tap.
- Staying on track — a 6:00 AM brief and a reminder ladder that gets louder the longer something sits.
Data and privacy
Taskit connects to its owner's Microsoft 365 mailboxes and personal Google Drive with the owner's own sign-in, reads only what a task needs, and never sends mail or changes existing mail or files. The full statement is on the privacy page.
